    Hi,

    I had ordered Thinkpad T61 through the lenovo website and received it yesterday.

    Everything is perfectly fine...except that I neither got the Operating System nor the driver CD.

    Don't we get the Operating System CD along with the shippment??

    Nope everything is already on the computer in what is called the recovery partition.

    You are able to burn the recovery files to disc.
