This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    For those who have ordered from Lenovo multiple times, do you have the same account number shown on the invoice? Mine is like A --> B --> A :confused:

    It might be based on your email or shipping/billing address.

    I ordered twice and although I created separate lenovo.com accounts for the order my customer number was the same.
