I was going to say yes, but it looks like Intel's own spec for the 620M says 8GB max, so maybe not.

I already have 2 cards and 8GB memory in total. If I put a 8GB card of this memory (204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory ) to replace an existing one, what would happen? My T510 runs on 64-bit Win 7.

My tests indicate that the system gets stuck in startup.

    Thanks.

    My T510 originally came with 2 x 2GB PC3-8500 DDR3 1067MHz sticks. I've recently upgraded it to 2 x 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 1333MHz. That is, total of 8GB at 1333MHz.

    I use this G.Skill pair.

Kaso, that G.Skill pair is what I am already using. My gut feel that the new memory card (204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) is not compatible with T510. Thanks.

That's as far as you can go: 8GB total at 1333MHz max. (You wanted to try 16GB at 1600MHz.)
