I know the 4 cell battery on X200 doesn't stick out, and the 9 cell one sticks out about an inch. How about the 6 cell? Does it stick out in the back?

Yes. 6 cell is a good choice

No, it doesn't stick out on the rear. It does raise the rear-right bottom of the laptop by 1/2" or so though.

Can someone take a picture of the 6 cell battery on the back of X200? I am getting conflicting answers.

I don't think many bought the 6 cell... but if i have to make an educated guess backed up by: http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com/ion/R61_T61/index.html I would say the 6 cell does not stick out.
