    I talked to a sales rep today to arrange a price match between a new quote (cheaper) and my yet-to-ship existing order but forgot to ask if the fact that it's an EPP order makes a difference.

    Anyone know? I was hoping someone might have the answer so I can avoid being on hold for another 30 minutes tomorrow.
