Does anyone know the e-mail address of a reliable and or knowledgeable Lenovo sales rep?

Are you trying to buy a Lenovo product, or are you looking for support?

In either case, call Lenovo US sale team. If you call during US business hours, you will most likely get the US-based agent. You may want to search online for US number.

For support, you may want to go to Lenovo forum ( Lenovo Community - Lenovo Community). You may find your answers there, and if you don't, you can make a post. I had an issue with X220 and "Mark" from Lenovo forum was very helpful.

Buy a Lenovo product. I like to use the Chat on Lenovo.com, but always receive conflicting information so I have given up on that. Lenovo community doesn't seem to be very helpful when it comes to product information. For support and troubleshooting they are helpful.

It's not usual practice to contact reps via their private emails; usually the emails they send to you are routed through a general sales email address. In any case, be sure to keep any private email addresses you find to PMs, rather than posting it publicly on the boards--thanks.

I am not too sure what type of "product information" you are looking for, but most of information about Lenovo products are available online.

When public forums like this are not too helpful with product info, because it is very subjective. The answer depends on the budget, one's preference and many other factors. You might as well give it a shot with your question here.

It is about detailed specifications for a system. I am receiving conflicting answers from a sales rep.
