Not a alptop but that slim power adapter I am tempted to get it but it is expensive so I have a couple of questions.
Can you use it in a car (throught cigarret lighter)?
How "slim" is it much slimmer than the regular power brick?
Thanks guys,

Just buy a cheap power inverter and then you can use your stock power adapter in your car. That's what I did with my dv6000 and its 65W power supply.

The thing is, I think it's kind of silly to go from DC to AC back to DC again. For the price of an inverter, you could probably buy a travel adapter, and it would be less equipment to lug around.

Touche. I only did that because I already had a power inverter (but some retard last week decided to break into my '99 Toyota Crap-olla and steal it (a cheap Vector 175 Watt) and a free Staples 128MB flash drive plugged into my stereo, somehow completely missing the $150 stereo that was right in front of their face.) I can't believe someone would steal those two basically worthless items out of my car and not take the stereo or even its detachable face just to piss me off and make me buy a whole new unit. Why are ppl so retarded like that. Oh and lastly, they did it right in front of my house when my parents and I were home. Losers.
. Sorry for my rant

It is called Thinkpad and Lenovo 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter. It comes with all the cable to use an AC wall outlet, a vehicle DC power outlet, or an airline power outlet
