I found an IBM T42 for $800 usd and it comes with 1.7ghz, 512ram, 7500 ati, 40gb, cdrw/dvd and etc. Just want to know if that's a good price. I'm currently using a Dell 6000 right now, and this thing is soooo big and THICK, that I'm going to return it. Also, would I be able to upgrade anything on this laptop other then the ram? Like videocard or cpu?

Also, I read review that the T series comes with the little light so you can see what you're typing at night. I just want to know if all T42 comes with that or is it optional. Thanks

Well, I just bought it for $700 from the IT guy and it's great!
