Does a ThinkPad E420 come with substantial bloatware?

My office manager has tasked me with locating a new laptop for the office. General purpose office use, preferably under $600. I immediately thought of the E420; I've played around with one and was impressed with what you got for $550. I was curious, though, if it was all loaded up with bloatware and needing a fresh install of Windows, or if it would run smoothly straight out of the box. Any thoughts?

I have a clean install now, but I don't remember much of anything in the factory install... I recall being impressed by the lack of bloatware.

I currently use an E420 and on the factory install. The only bloatware I had to uninstall was the Mcafee virus scan trial, then I installed MS Security Essentials to replace it. The rest, was bloatware free.

Not much bloatware, but then again to me nothing has too much bloatware, if I do not want a program I uninstall it.
