They have these options for wireless:

    ThinkPad 11a/b/g Wi-Fi wireless LAN Mini-PCIe US/EMEA/LA/ANZ

    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG [add $4.75]

Intel Wireless Wi-Fi Link 4965AGN (supporting Centrino Pro) [add $42.75

I have heard non-intel wireless card might have trouble under linux. i am wondering if the thinkpad one has any? and what chip lenovo uses on this card?

    Thank you for your time
