This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i don't think the RAID function is available in the T510, this feature is only available in certain models of the W510.

    You can replace the optical drive with another hard drive using the modular caddy, but there's no RAID. The only ThinkPad with RAID is the W701.

    Certain W510 have RAID function too, and don't forget that W700 also have RAID function.
