    Yes, they still offer it. When you get to the Cart on their site, it'll show "Lenovo Checkout" and "PayPal Checkout" options.

    If it's paypal it shouldn't matter. Paypal sends money to Lenovo... Paypal charges your credit card or bank account, wherever it is.

    PayPal also has a "plugin" now allowing you to use a PayPal account for payment even on sites that don't accept it. Never personally tried it tho.
