I got an email from the lenovo credit card service 3 weeks ago to telling me that my credit card company has declined the order. Since then, I have called my credit card company to allow the order. This is when the story becomes interesting.
I've tried calling the phone number on the email stating Lenovo Credit Card Services, multiple times, during all possible timeslots in the opening hours (Heck I've even tried non-opening hours like 3am!), left a dozen messages, called the lenovo sales team to leave messages, but zot replies.
Today morning, after hundreds of phones calls logged, I managed to get through, and strangely the operator actually told me that she would call me back in an hour! Guess what, no calls!
Frustrated, I called the lenovo customer service to request to be put through or another number for the credit card service. The CS rep actually told me there isn't a phone number for the credit card company?!?!
So is the email and the voicemail, sent to some empty room to temp pacify angry customers? The question really is, does the credit card service even exist? Hmm. sounds like a plot for the next hollywood movie.
Sigh. Just venting I guess.

I called them and it was fine. They left an extension for me in the e-mail they sent me. You get transferred to voicemail unless you dial the number.
Here's what it said:

1-800-426-3325, passcode 751
As soon as the automated message comes up just hit 751. -
ahhh. thanks for the info. will try it tomorrow and find out.

The passcode doesn't work. Does anyone know if it has changed?
-
You didn't get one in your e-mail?

I got the same thing in my email some time ago. And, that damn number or pass code never worked. I called my regional sales rep and my CC company, and the problem was sorted out soon thereafter.
