    Lenovo T61
for my personal preference, I would like to stick with 4 cell battery
'coz aesthesis, it sits flush and it also fits better in my bag
however, i needed to have more juice
instead of getting the extended battery
I would like to keep the 4 cell and add the 3 cell bay battery
since I don't use the ODD that much

so the question is, does the 4 cell + 3 cell bay = 7 cell extended battery?
or would it be less since they are separated?

a 4 cell battery gets me 2 hours on the max performance settings...so a 7 cell getting you around 3.5 sounds about right.....maybe a little more if you dim the screen and kill the speakers.

    that sounds just fair...
I was hoping could get up to 4 to 5 hrs...
The lowest price I've seen so far is via the CPP on Lenovo

You should be able to find the watt hour specs for each battery on the lenovo site, and you should be able to pretty much add them up. I would think they would be very close in overall capacity.
