May I be a bit lazy (rather than doing all the research myself) and ask the collective wisdom here if one of the docking stations will handle both my old T61 (going to my wife for use) and my new W520?

If more than one, which has the most capability?

The most capable dock for T61 is the advanced dock 2503, while the W520 uses the ThinkPad Mini Dock Plus Series 3 (170W).
