Do you turn off/sleep/hibernate your t420? There is alot of data and opinions on this subject but I wanted to see what the thinkpad community thinks about it.

I always use hibernation so that my various applications are open where I left them.

When inactive I set my ThinkPad to sleep, though for longer periods I turn the system off. I don't use Hibernation anymore since I use a SSD to allow less space usage and reduced wear.
