    Do some T61s have a centered screen?

    One of the complaints I've heard about the T61 is that the screen is offset in order to make room for the WWAN card. However I found this picture of what looks to be a T61 with the screen centered:

    Does anyone have a T61 with the screen on center?

    is that the 14" or 15" modeL? i think all t61's had off center screens...

    the 4:3 screens (not widescreen) are centered I believe. But I heard they just pulled them out of the website.
    I have a T61 widescreen with off-centered screen. It looks kinda ugly, but it is not a problem at all when actually using the computer.

    Maybe the 4:3 ratio screens arnt off centre? I'm not too sure.

    It's a 4:3 T61. But this picture of another 4:3 T61 seems to show an offset screen.

    None have an on-centered screen.

    That first pic is a "promotional" photo. Misleading as it is.

    First one is probably a T60. T61s have a larger hinge on the left than on the right.

    Didn't the IR port on the T60 turn into a FireWire port on the T61's? That's how it is on my T61p. I also think even the 4:3 T61's also have the speaker holes in the upper part of the lower case.

    That pic looks identical to my T60.

    yes, on a t61 there is a firewire port in place of the IR port
