    Do proper thinkpad keyboards fit in a thinkpad edge?

    Just wondering if i get a thinkpad edge and don't like they keyboard, can i graft a T or L series keyboard into it?

    Not possible. Dimensions are different (T/X/R/W-series keyboards are taller than the Edge keyboards), and I'd imagine the cable interface would be placed improperly as well.

    The FN keys are different on the edge as well. They are defaulted to their alt function. You have to push the FN button to use the F1-12.
