I will be buying a older model Thinkpad, probably in the T Series, either T-20, T21 or T22. There are several posts here about the problems with fans and the hardrive generating excessive heat. Is one better than the other on this?

My work takes me to enviornments well over 100 degrees and I am worried that it will melt down if it is already generating heat. Should I go with a T-20? There dont seem to be as many complaints about that model heating up.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.
