Hello,
I made a purchase for two t61ps but I noticed that people were saying that we can get price adjustments. So I have a few questions.
1. Do price adjustments negate the fatwallet discount? If not, how can I ensure I keep it when I call them to ask them to adjust my price?
2. How can I get the whole chain of discounts? I see people are getting Education, SPP, Fatwallet, and tailormade. I know that Fatwallet comes from using the link on their site. However, how do I get to the SPP login after that? Also, I tried to use the education thing as well but there only seems to be a few set models and no customizable notebooks.
3. Who do I ask to speak to for price adjustments? Post sales or sales?
4. Are there any new coupons out there? I see the 10% coupon expired today. Even before it expired, I tried to use it but it told me that the coupon was not valid.
Thanks in advance.

Fatwallet is a cash back so i think you can't do price adjustment , same as Tailormade that is american express card (10% in your case) , you can use SPP ( share holder program )from Lenovo to get more discount .I think you need to make a new order and cancel the old one , read that thread it is very easy to follow .
Coupons are not working now but try them ,USXIBMSPPTRIPL or USPJULYT72 , when i was ordering my system the first coupon didn't work for first 2 nights but i could use it the third night . -

Thanks but that didn't entirely answer my questions.
I want to know how to get everything. I know that you can fatwallet you get from following a link. I know tailormade is after you register your card.
My question is, how do I ensure I get all of them? -

The simple fact that you need to go to fatwallet first and log in in order to get that discount. Then when you go to lenovo, there is no link to get to the educational discount nor the SPP discount. I know you can type it in the URL, but I am wondering if that will clear the cookies from the fatwallet.

"FatWallet account required and signup is free. To take advantage of the Cash Back offer, click the “Cash Back Available” link in the top right hand box. A Cash Back tracker will appear to confirm the time you activated FatWallet. Proceed as normal in Lenovo’s site to purchase the laptop. Make sure to not leave Lenovo’s server at any time or enter a new URL in your browser. If necessary, use Lenovo’s search function to link you to the SPP or EPP website. After purchase, FatWallet will notify in the next few business days of your pending cash back. FatWallet Cash Back will only stay intact if your configuration is unchanged. FatWallet is awarded based on the day of order in 6-8 weeks."
And by search, I don't mean grab a magnifying glass with one hand and your chin with the other. I mean type into Lenovo's search box "Shareholder's Purchase Program." For Education, click on EDUCATION in the lower lefthand box. -

which says
"4. A new Window will open up. Copy and paste this address for the SPP login page: http://www.lenovo.com/ibmspp / ID Number: 536686"
If you are right, then I won't get fatwallet cashback -
Well, it's possible that copy and pasting will work, I wouldn't know from personal experience, but the reason why my instructions are the way they are is because it's best to play it safe. We know for sure that doing a search within Lenovo cannot sever you from the Lenovo server and Fatwallet tracking or whatever. I've been asking people to contribute ideas - if they speak up on how simply copy/pasting the URL worked, then I'll change the guide.
Either way, there's no excuse for wangkom not to understand how to go from Fatwallet to SPP because the instructions are pretty clear. -
Thanks Johnny. I'll see if my wallet will become fatter in a few months! I did caught the July coupon, so not bad
