Could anyone tell me what the differences are between these two models? they are

    1. Thinkpad T60 2623D3U

    2. Thinkpad T60 2623DCU

Is one difference that one is Verizon enabled and the other is not?

    Thanks.

Assuming that the Tabook is accurate, then the DCU is 512MB of RAM, the D3U is 1GB. They both appear to have Verizon and everything else identical (note that in both cases, the RAM is 1 stick).

Thanks a lot. Wish I could see one before I buy but even here in NYC, Office Depot does not even have this screen on display. Anyway, thanks.

Does the 2623DCU not have the 2.0Ghz Duo while the other has the 1.83Ghz?

According to the tabook, the D3, 7, 8, C, and DU all have 2.0 Ghz processors.

I guess I should just link to the Tabook (note- direct link to pdf).
