    Hello,
    I am a student planning to purchase a lenovo R-Series.It be really helpful if you could tell me as to what is the difference between a Lenovo R60 and a R60e. Thanks!!

    For starters, the R60e comes in 15" only and has no touchpad. There is no SXGA+ resolution option. I think the optical drive on it is fixed, but I could be wrong on that one.

    basically R60 offers more advanced features on select models. I think the two models share the same chassis and build quality should be the same.
