I got this message from my friend that's buying me an x60s:

"i have placed the order but something strange happened everything went smooth but i have not recieved an email yet to confirm my order ,, when i went to my online banking they already charged my account so i have to wait untill monday to be able to contact customer service and get a detailed email so i can forward it to u :)"

    Should we be worried?

There is no need for concern as it may take another business day to confirm the order entered, but the authorization charge will be made right away to check for fund availability. This fund that was withdrawn for authorization will be returned shortly and charged again when your product ships.
If you use a CC (not check card) you will notice that your line of credit will decrease for amount available as they will use the authorization credit only, which will not be a full charge yet, and will not gather interest charges until the full charge is made at the time of shipping.
