    Ordered on 5/14
    1st EST on 5/31
    2nd EST on 6/18
    3rd EST on 8/09
    4th EST on 8/10
    Cancelled order on 5/19 because the Cust. Relations Mgmt Rep told me that they might ship by 6/28 but couldn't be sure. The T61 is not worth all this trouble and hopefully quality control isn't asleep at the wheel as Lenovo pushes all these orders out the door. I just ordered Dell D630's . . . good luck to all those still waiting.

    Just wait a few days, this'll go back a few pages and you can create a new one and nobody will ever know :)

    Don't worry, we'll all still be here complaining about not recieving our systems yet.

    For the price, the t61 is still the best, it's probably why they're getting slammed with orders. Everything else that has the same features is easily a couple hundred more.

    The dell.. eh.. more expensive, no vista premium, no turbo memory, a LOT of money for more HDD space and only getting 1 Dimm.. Dell's just a ripoff.

    Ordered on 5/19
    First ESD was 6/1
    Changed immediately to 6/7
    When that passed, changed to 6/26
    Changed to 8/17(!) upon rebooking.
    Still "In Process" as of 5 minutes ago.

    And since everyone who ordered between 5/25 and 6/9 or so has theirs already, I'm getting more than a little frustrated. Called the other day, I was put on hold for an hour and then disconnected!
