Looks like Lenovo is sending this email to everyone who just made purchase? This is not an anonymous feedback. Your answer will be associated with the serial number and models. I'm not sure about the consequence of this, when, e.g., you have warranty repair issues, or whatever else. I haven't answered it yet as it can take some time. Any comments about this?

I left feedback. The only negative that I mentioned was about the lack of motivation lenovo has shown in fixing the IPS issue, and providing eGPU support.
I dont use an eGPU and my IPS screen is fine, but there is enough noise in the official forums and here that I believe lenovo should offer a better (much less evasive) response. I dont believe that politely pointing out problems will have negative consequences with warranty. -
I did. I commented negatively on:
-the use of 7mm height drives, and limiting the drive bay height as such (though the computer is thick enough for a 9.5mm)
-low-res displays -
we should give feedback whether positive or negative, since that way the top management and people in charge knows how we think about their product in terms of quality, features, pricing, and after sale services... from that hopefully the they could draw some ideas from it, and if it is a repeat problem, then they should put it as a priority for them to overcome that particular problem.

I unfortunately answered the survey before using the computer much, and failed to negatively comment on the trackpad...it's honestly one of the worst ones I've ever used..I like buttons though, so....

i think Lenovo knows about the touchpad issue on the X220.
Did you answer "Lenovo requests your feedback"?
