I just ran Lenovo system update and had a 54 meg update for Intel displays.
After rebooting, I swear my edge pen input wonkiness is fixed. It no longer goes bonkers when you put the pen on a screen edge. Lines appear to draw straight as well.
Is this the case for anyone else or a placebo?

If Lenovo System Update included the Firmware Update for the screen released at the beginning of this month, then your screen edge accuracy will have been improved. I got my X220T knowing about the screen issues, and they released the fix the day after I received mine.
What's a screen edge inaccuracy? -
Is there a link for the firmware update (or a way to tell if it's been installed?)
-
The Drivers and Downloads section at support.lenovo.com has the firmware update, and when you download it, the software itself tells you if you have the old firmware or the new one. Just be sure to also download the Read Me file.

Yep, found it. You have to manually install.

Hi there,
I ran the same update but I still have the same problem around the edges. What could be the problem? -
The edges won't work perfectly, but if you updated your firmware from the previous version then the edge accuracy should be better with the newer firmware. Have you also re-calibrated your X220T in Windows 7?
Did a recent update just fix the X220 tablet edge issues?
