    About a year ago, I ran across a link on these forums to a great, free diagnostics program that would display everything from manufacturers of different components in my computer to CPU temperature and hard drive space. I've since reformatted and can't find the program anywhere. Does anybody know what that might have been?

    I use SIW (System Information for Windows). It provides all the features that you mentioned. However, if there is a better app out there, I too would like to know about it.

    Thanks. I was not aware of SIW. However, the other program had more detail. Specifically, I remember that it could indicate whether the display was an LG or Samsung, and what the CPU temp was.
