    Depot repair hours?

    Hey does anyone happen to know what days and hours the repair depot is open?

    Just wondering because my laptop arrived there Saturday morning and the status hasn't been updated yet, I don't know if they actually do any repairs over the weekend though, or if it will not get looked at until Monday.

    Anybody know?

    Most likely they do not work on weekends.

    Actually, by calling them at a random hour of the night, an automated message will tell you that they are closed and will then state their hours of operation.

    I think they are weekdays, I'd suspect your system will be back to you Tuesday morning. If you are checking the www.ibm.com/support/ezserv site my info did not update until the system stated "Returned to customer" and it never updated there to say what parts were replaced (still says ?? last time I checked). The tracking info was nice though, showed box to me, box to them, and box back to me info.

    Really yours still says ?? That's funny.

    I also think it's funny the cryptic code-like comments they put in there under the comments field. Crazy abbreviations and cryptic code words...
