This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Which is pretty much what is going on right now, judging by the few replies that are there so far...

    The good thing about David Hill is that his name still commands a tremendous amount of respect, so most people are likely to be courteous in expressing their disappointment, and not just pull out torches and pitchforks, tar and feathers...
