This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     DVD-ROM Error

    Dear all,

    I'm having a problem with my DVD-ROM drive, when connect to the USB port, window fail to install the driver.

    When go to Device Manager, shows that Lenovo USB Multiburner with Error mark. When I was insert the Pen Drive, aslo with error.

    Anybody can help?

    Did you try to re-install the USB drivers.
