    To All,

Just wondering if anyone can confirm which models of the UltraBay DVD Multi Drives will fit the X200 Ultrabase?
I have a P/N : 42T2506 which is an UltraBay Slim DVD Burner which fits physically in dimensions, but the connection which interfaces inside to the Ultrabase seems to be different??
    Can anyone else confirm??

    Thanks
    Roders.

    I got
    FRU P/N : 39T2851
    ASM P/N : 42T2506
    Its a Panasonic Drive UJ-862.

I thought all the current UltraBay Slim drives were universal?

    To All,

Found the answer, ther is a NEW UltraBay interface.
This is from the Lenovo site :

"The 43N3214 - ThinkPad DVD Burner Ultrabay Slim Drive (Serial ATA) is designed to easily install into the new native serial Ultrabay media bay."

That is the drive needed for the X200's.

    Regards
