Does anyone know where I could find a 2GB DDR3 SODIMM that is compatible with the Thinkpad T400/500?
I looked on Newegg and they were pretty much sold out. I cannot find this directly on Lenovo's site although a Lenovo rep gave me a quote which is more expensive than Newegg's.
Any suggestions on what to get that will match the one in the laptop so I can run dual-channel properly?
    Thanks!

That's what I also plan to do, but can you let me know where I can get that additional 2GB at? I don't see it in accessories.
