Is there a way or a place in the registry to allow the buttons on the screen to accept "<SHIFT>" alone as the key it would be replicating?

It seems you are allowed to set any application to run on those buttons, or any key combination that has SHIFT in it, like, SHIFT+B or something. But it won't let me set the SHIFT key on its own.

I used this heavily on my tc1100 for drawing straight lines when in tablet mode.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?
