I recently received a T61p and started getting random blue screens which were attributed to the hard drive. I ran the PC doctor and it said that the smart test failed and then i ran disk check to as it recommended to try and repair the hard drive but it freezes at 56% every time i have tried to do this. Because i just received this computer I would like them to send me another (if possible).
Is there a separate customer service or is the support line the one to call(US)?
