This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Good afternoon!

    It's a very broad question but my experience has been that the sales center was amazing for lenovo canada. They were able to answer all my questions, give me a price adjustment, etc etc etc. On the technical support side though, I have had a few issues as have others in the forum. Here is my thread describing my situation and those of another person as well.

    I had an issue with a key sticking on my lenovo which was a display model when I picked it up. Lenovo shipped a new keyboard in 2 days and adjusted the warranty to reflect the day of purchase. All in all it was quick, easy and efficient.

    Lenovo customer service has improved. as long as you don't sound bossy to them then they're willing to help you as long as you want :)
