According to Lenovo reps, it takes 8-10 business days after the receipt of a returned order (w/ RMA#) to issue credit back. I'd like to know if they are committed to this policy as I've returned my order. Anyone got refund beyond 10 bus. days? Thanks!

I returned mine and was refunded in 7 business days (Aug 2, 2007).

    No problems to report!

Thanks for the encourging info! So seems like they'll automatically refund w/o my having to call them to remind them. Sounds good. :)

Well this thread has nothing to do with cancelling orders.

On a related note, I got a price match done in exactly 5 business days. I don't think you should worry. (I also returned something, and am expecting credit in 10 days)
