    Hi everyone,

I am trying create Factory Recovery Discs and I get an "unexpected error occurred (rc=9) after I put in my blank CD-R disc. Am I suppose to put in my blank DVD-R disc first or what?

The first disc is CD (boot) followed by DVDs (data), but you can use DVD for all the Recovery discs.

If, for some reason, the error is persistent, you can call Lenovo, tell them about the problem, and they should send you the Recovery discs free of charge.
