I was looking at Lenovo.com for the HDD ultrabay adapter, and found the Ultrabay Adapter III, however under T420 accessories as there are none listed for the T410.
    The product page says
However it lists the height as 10.5mm, but the tabook for the T410 says
So which is right? Will it work?

There's no problem. Lenovo deliberately made the bay slightly high so that it will hold a 9.5mm thick HDD sitting in an adaptor.

Also, check on ebay before you buy from Lenovo.

Ah ok, thanks John. :) I don't do business with ebay any more, I'll just buy from Lenovo. :)
