my t61p arrived last night and i'm trying to configure thinkvantage client security... i'm tying to enable website fingerprint passcoding... however, after scanning my finger, software says "successful" but "authentication fails" which ultimately forces me to type in my backup password.

Anyone know what's causing authentication to fail?

    thanks
    sean
