    Hi everyone,
I run several new T61 on Vista Buisness. All of them are all up-to-date with windows update and all updates from lenovo too (using thinkvantage productivity center, system update). I don't have any problem with the Client Security Solution as long as I don't join the computer to my windows domain.

I don't run any special GPOs on my domain, but as soon I joint the computer to the domain, once I log and the little client ask me for fingers, it always stay at the "waiting screen". The only way to stop this is using the task manager. It do that on ALL T61.

anyone else have theses problems ?

if you ever have problem with the fingerprint reader
    try this

    turn off computer

press FN button AND power up the laptop
as soon as it's powered on, press F1

you will go into the bios security section, a new menu will appear to let u erase security CHIP... do this and also, erase fingerprint data

start over in windows to register your fingerprint and you are done !
