I still have the Lenovo (D) section in my hard drive, is there a way i can make a recovery disk again? what are my option here?

You should be able to press the blue ThinkVantage button at startup and boot into recovery mode. From there, you can restore the computer back to factory settings, but I don't think you can burn the disks - you'd have to restore and then boot into the factory-restored Vista installation and burn the disks there.
