I did a clean install to remove the bloatware and stuff off the Lenovo Y460 I got and to upgrade to Windows 7 Professional.

After, I went ahead and got all the drivers and updated everything. All went well but now, the switchable graphics button on my Y460 is not working. The switchable graphics doesn't work, it says "the program is being used" or something. All the touch sensitive buttons, volume, touch slidenav bar, etc work just fine, its just the switchable graphics doesnt work. I checked the bios and it does show switchable graphics so im not sure whats going on.

I looked on lenovos website and i pretty much installed everything aside from direct share and stuff. What driver/software is responsible for that button working?? I went into ATI control panel but I coulldn't find anything on the button.

    Help appreciated!

Figured it out. Installed the one software I omitted, which is called Mutesync.exe

Figured I didnt need it since the volume, mute and touch buttons were working. I guess it was for the switchable graphics button..
