I am trying to do this option below. How do I load the intall manifest that is saved from base software and then run the recovery?

Option A: Using Lenovo Recovery Software

    1. Download and install ThinkVantage Base Software Administrator.
    2. Run Base Software Administrator and start a new manifest. Select the software you want included with your install and save your install manifest.
    3. After configuring your install profile, press the ThinkVantage button and open Rescue and Recovery from the menu.
    4. Load install manifest saved from Base Software Administrator and run recovery to do a clean install.

Hey calm down. She obviously read the guide because she copied option A from it. And to be fair, there is a mistake in the guide that I will correct soon.

Poke around in the BSA program to find the "deploy" function. After that, your computer will restart and Rescue and Recovery will do the custom reinstall.
