I recently bought my first Thinkpad- A T410 with integrated GFX and Win7 32-bit on it. Now I am planning to clean install 64-bit Win7 Ultimate to fully use the 4 GB RAM and other performance reasons.

Since I have never really used Thinkpads before, I was hoping if Gurus on this forum can help me with list of things I should do to ensure that I don't loose any functionality like ThinkVantage, Power Management along with right drivers that comes out of the box on the T series laptops.

I would love to hear from someone who recently clean installed on T410 and what, if any, issues they ran into.

    Regards!
