I am returning back to vista ultimate 64 bit from ubuntu and did a clean install but I cannot get the internal wireless card to work. It is not being recognized. In the device manager i have yellow exclamation mark signs next to "Network Controller" and "PCI Memory Controller". It is an Intel ABGN card on a T61 14 inch widescreen. Tried Thinkvantage system update and windows with nothing. Tried removing the PCI card and reinserting with no luck.

    Any ideas?

Have you installed the Intel PRO Wireless drivers for it?

    They can be found HERE

    No problem.

I must admit, I too have had my fair share of problems with clean OS installs and wireless drivers through the years... ;)
