    Hi,

I was trying to customize a T61 laptop so i can order. When i choose Turbo Memory i got this message:
"Selection of Intel Turbo Memory hard drive cache does not allow configuration with wireless WAN. Please deselect if wireless WAN is required"

I didn't quite understand this statement. Can somebody please explain it to me in a simple basic way :)

    Thanks

if you want the built in Wireless Wan antenna (Verizon, etc) you cannot also choose turbo memory due to space requirements for the cards or something like that.....

that is my simple minded understanding of the situation.

You can only have one, either Turbo Memory or WWAN. Wireless WAN is internet by mobile phone network. Both use the same card slot so can have them both.

    THANKS ALL

I definitely don't need WWAN, i thought it was related to the normal wireless connection so i was scared and wanted to make sure what it meant exactly..

    Thanks :)
