This is a Dell question but given the high aptitude of people on this thread and frequent use of the Anytime DVD, thought I would ask here! Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Regarding the Dell Recovery DVD specific to Vostro but I would guess covers all Dell models sold here and abroad?

#Is the Dell Recovery DVD have and international GUI or display language? To clarify, after installing the US English OS, can I format (low level) and then use the DVD to install Vista in a foreign language? Current OS is Vista Basic.

I recall on first boot after unpacking there was a drop down to select language. Naturally I picked English but got a customer who wants it in a foreign language so need to change it.

#If the answer to the above is no, can I use a Mister Softee (Microsoft) Anytime Upgrade DVD to reinstall Vista Basic but use the key from someone on the Vostro or the Mister Softee label on the bottom of the notebook and select a foreign language as the display language?

    Other Points of Clairication:
Not trying to change input language. I want Windows Vista to be entirely in a foreign language.

I know about Ultiamte having multiple language capabilities built in but that is not what I am using. Need to make this work with Vista Basic.
