    Carrying case did not come with the order?

    I just received electronic invoice of my order (this is after order has been received for several days). I'm a little puzzled by some words that are outside the frames where my address, payment, and parts etc. are listed--they are to the right side of the frames, outside. Actually this is the same as the confirmation email after order was placed but I didn't notice this part outside the frames:

    1 YEAR THINKPAD PROTECTION AND 1 YEAR ONS...

    See it mentions a nylon carrying case, which did not come with the laptop! Has it happened to others? Shouldn't I call Lenovo for the case?
    (I didn't order a case and this must be a free give away)

    I have never seen that personally. But why not all Lenovo as you said? If it is in your order sheet and you have proof of it, they might give you a free bag, even if it was a web site mistake.

    Could be a template for the invoice. Since you did not order nor pay why do you feel they should give it to you unless it was on offer as free?
