So i ordered a laptop configured with the AT&T (Sony Ericsson WWAN Card) and I don't see it anywhere under device manager or in any Network Setting under BIOS.

Can anyone (with WWAN) tell me what the card is listed as in your Device Manager under Network adapters?

I was on Lenovo tech support / sales for 3 HOURS! (not happy about the customer service, will post this delimma in a seperate thread).

I was told by the tech support the the WWAN card may not have come installed in your computer... Is IBM capable of such a mistake?

why don't you just open the case and see if the physical intel card is present?
