Is there anybody out there who actually works for Lenovo, or has worked for Lenovo, that would like to address some of the issues brought up in theses forums concerning delayed and/or cancelled orders ?

I have yet to come across a Lenovo rep on these forums, but that isn't uncommon. If you want a warm body to address specific questions short of calling and getting the traditional blah blah blah that customer services provide, I strongly suggest going to the Lenovo support website forums and PMing Mark to see if he can do the internal leg work and provide any information. As I have said, he seems to be the go to guy there and, by what I have witnessed, is very good at helping people to find solutions and information regardless of what it concerns when it comes to Lenovo.
